Every neighbourhood gets a Dutch-style report grade from public data: crimes, distance to amenities, property values, income, how busy it is and what is there for children. Each neighbourhood is compared with every other neighbourhood in the country. A 6 is average; a 9 puts it among the best in the Netherlands.
