How does your neighbourhood score?

What am I looking at?

All 13,084 neighbourhoods in the Netherlands, graded on five pillars. Search an address or click the map.

Every neighbourhood gets a Dutch-style report grade based on public data: registered crimes, distance to amenities, property values, income and green space. Each neighbourhood is compared with every other neighbourhood in the country — not just its own city. A 6 is average; a 9 puts it among the best in the Netherlands.

Five pillars, one grade

The overall grade weighs safety (20%), amenities (25%), housing (25%), social & income (20%) and nature & quiet (10%). Toggle pillars on or off and the map recolours instantly.

Based on open data from Statistics Netherlands (CBS, neighbourhood key figures 2025) and the Dutch police (registered crimes).
