Delfshaven

Delfshaven is densely built Rotterdam at its rawest: nearly 77,000 residents across nine neighbourhoods, from the Nieuwe Westen to Spangen. Everything sits around the corner, which earns an amenities mark of 9.7, about as high as reach ever gets. The other side is harsh, with housing at 3.6, safety at 3.4 and a 3.6 overall. This is the classic urban trade-off, drawn more sharply here than almost anywhere else in the city.
