Silvolde-Terborg couples two Achterhoek villages in Oude IJsselstreek, six neighbourhoods and just over 10,100 residents combined. Amenities (7.3), safety (6.4) and nature (6.2) keep the district afloat. The living and social climate lags well behind: housing 4.4, overall 4.4, social life 3.8. That last figure drags the whole down. A green, reasonably served twin village where community bonds are the weakest link.
