Groenlo, the fortified town in Oost Gelre, spreads over fifteen neighbourhoods around the old centre and the Banninghof, together over 10,000 residents. Safety and amenities share the lead at 7.7, and the overall of 6.2 lifts the district just above the middle. Nature (5.6), social life (5.1) and housing (5.0) sit close beneath. A safe, fully equipped fortress town without a real weak spot, but without an outlier either.
