Oud-Gestel gathers 13,400 residents on the south-west side of Eindhoven into seven neighbourhoods, from the Bennekel to Blaarthem. Amenities reach 8.3 here, but that figure stands almost alone: housing sinks to 3.8, social cohesion to 3.8 and the overall to 3.7. Safety falls short of a pass at 4.6, and nature holds at 4.0. The supply offsets the low living quality only in part.
