Kloosterveen is a large-scale new-build district on the west side of Assen, with eighteen neighbourhoods and nearly 12,000 residents. Safety (8.5), overall (7.8) and social life (7.8) sit high, with housing next at 7.1. Only amenities lag, at 5.4, partly owing to the young, still-growing structure. A safe, sought-after family district with scores well above the middle.
