Morgenstond

Morgenstond is a post-war estate district in south-west The Hague, three neighbourhoods and nearly 21,000 residents. Amenities still reach 9.1, with the city close at hand, but the rest of the picture is heavily burdened: nature 2.7, safety 3.0, social life 3.0 and a 2.9 overall. The spacious reconstruction-era flats here, like neighbouring Moerwijk, carry a stubborn liveability deficit.
